The Model A machine features an exceptionally durable design with a simple structure and fewer electronic components. Compared to screw compactors, it has fewer moving parts, resulting in less wear and tear, even after years of use.
Stainless steel machinery for high durability.
The Model A machine is made from stainless steel, offering high durability, easy maintenance, and excellent hygiene.
The discs remain stable due to the angled design of the discharge pipe.
The discs are formed by a compression cylinder that presses the material against the disc inside the discharge pipe. The angled design of the discharge pipe creates sufficient resistance to effectively compress and dewater the material. Additionally, the angle of the discharge pipe can be adjusted to enhance compression further.
Increased flexibility in product discharge due to the greater height of the pipe.
The WEIMA label compactor features an angled discharge pipe, allowing compressed products to be discharged at a higher level and directly into a container without the need for a conveyor belt. The discharge direction can be customised to the left or right, depending on your space requirements, ensuring seamless integration into your production line.
Due to its robust design, the WEIMA label compactor is highly resistant to dirt. Compared to screw compactors, the Model A does not experience mechanical blockages and can compress hazardous foreign materials, such as glass bottle fragments, into the compressed product. This method effectively prevents clogs or machine jams.
Easily programmable through PLC control.
PLC control is optimised for the dewatering process, with preset settings such as pressing force and operating time that can be easily adjusted as needed. If required, the machine can operate in either manual or automatic mode. We use only high-quality components from trusted brands such as Siemens, Allen Bradley, or Rittal.
Operates 24 hours a day with a stable working temperature.
The WEIMA A model comes standard with an aluminium hydraulic tank, which maintains a stable hydraulic oil temperature without the need for additional cooling equipment, allowing for multi-shift, 24-hour operation.

For optimal integration with your production line, the WEIMA label compactor can be installed either standing or suspended on a bottle washer. The connection between the compactor and the bottle washer maximises efficiency, such as synchronising cycle times. The Model A label compactor can also operate seamlessly as a standalone unit.
Durable against foreign materials without causing blockages.
Compact size for flexible installation.
The Model A offers various flexible positioning options, allowing it to adapt perfectly to your space. Equipped with lockable castors, the standing machine can be moved freely and easily repositioned for maintenance and cleaning. Additionally, if required, the hydraulic unit with the control panel can be installed up to 7.5 metres away from the label compactor.
Efficient alkali collection and drainage with an alkali collection tray.
The alkali extracted during the compression process is collected in an alkali collection tray. The liquid is then efficiently drained, either into a drainage system or a recirculation system. This connection can be customised to meet the customer’s specific requirements.
